About The NYC Bruce Springsteen Meetup Group

A group for fans of Jersey Shore music to get together, make some new friends and hear some great LIVE music. Even though our group is NYC based, our meetups can take us anywhere from NYC to Staten Island to NJ, of course. Are you a longtime Bruce fan and your friends just don't get it? We do!!!! Have you ever wanted to go to a show but didn't because you had no one to go with? Well, now you don't have to miss out! If you love Bruce, Southside Johnny, Bon Jovi or any lesser known Jersey artists, we'd love to have you join us! Let us know who you are into and suggest a meetup!

If you decide to join our group, it is required that you fill out your profile and add
a pic so we can get to know a little bit about you. You MUST have a pic posted if you RSVP "yes" to an event....it is important, especially for safety concerns, that we know what you look like.

Don't forget to check out our calendar of events which I update with shows that might be of interest to group members whatever your interest or geographical location. Not all will be scheduled as meetups for our group, but the information is there for you if you are looking for something to do and maybe even discover some new music to listen to! If you know of something happening in your area that the group might enjoy, whether it be a show, festival, etc. please let me know and I will add it to our calendar.

Also, just a reminder that it is important that you RSVP for events, even if you can't make it, and respond to any polls created, because these two things alone keep your status active in the group. I encourage everyone to participate here, and welcome all comments and suggestions.....so if you've got a story to tell or anything else you'd like to share with the group, post it up on the message board.....have a suggestion for a future meetup?..... let me know and hopefully we'll meet you further on up the road!
